Hahaha! Me again, two posts in one week, what can this mean? Just thought as my weekend began yesterday (4pm.....lol) I might try a little challenge for a change. So as I absolutely adore PTI products and have a little stash of goodies (that I only seem to look at latel) that I might put them to some use. The challenge this week over at
A Passion for Papertrey is 'out of your comfort zone'. Now I absolutely adore acetate and the effects it's gives when it's stamped on and especially when a whole card is made from it but I've always been too 'chicken' to have ago. So given this challenge I thought I would face my fear and give it a try.

So this is what I came up with, inspired by an extremely talented lady by the name of 'Sarita'. I have to say it was a bit tricky working with the acetate and matching the pattern up from the background stamp, not too mention fingers prints all over the place....lol but all said and done I am quite pleased with my feeble attempts ;) Ok so off I go to make sure I don't miss the deadline.
Have a great weekend ;)

Another acetate scaredy cat here, Vicki! I always smudge it, don't let it dry or end up with ink all over me! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love your card using it here - the layout is fabby and that acetate adds a really interesting dimension! I love Sarita's work too! :D
